About us
The Clinical Research Network (CRN) South London is a part of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR).
The CRN South London helps to increase the opportunities for patients to take part in clinical research, which will lead to better treatments now and in the future.
As part of the CRN South London Cross Cutting and Core Support Team, the Business Intelligence Team works to analyse and present recruitment data and staff data to aid a number of teams in CRN South London in completing objectives and to work more efficiently.
What is Business Intelligence?
Business Intelligence (BI) is the technology-driven process for analysing data and presenting actionable information to our stakeholders (i.e. Senior Management Teams, Trust Research and Development, Local Delivery Teams, etc.), allowing them to make informed performance management decisions.
We in the South London Business Intelligence Team create tools and provide training so that this information is open and understandable to all.
